The young Willett has turned three years old. Another batched, cask-strength rye whiskey, Willett Rye 3 has herbaceous notes of rye spice and pepper combined with flavors of menthol, char, oak, and light vanilla. The extra time spent in a barrel is a nice improvement from the Willett Rye 2.
