High West Double Rye!

Dubbed a “shotgun marriage of two rye whiskeys” by its producer, Double Rye! is a fascinating blend of two different whiskeys, one very young and one very old. The older rye whiskey, in fact, is only 53% rye, which means its secondary grain, corn, contributes additional sweetness. The prickly rye flavor is unmistakable, though, followed by clove, menthol, licorice, and dark chocolate.
