Jefferson’s Chef Collaberation

Jefferson’s Trey Zoeller and famed chef Edward Lee have paired up to bring us a masterful blend of bourbon and rye whiskey. The inspiration for this project came from trying to pair a whiskey with Lee’s bold and creative dishes found in his cookbook, Smoke & Pickles. The result is a blend which displays both spice and smoke. An OBC staff favorite.
