This is a limited release where the 5 year old Jim Beam is blended with bourbon that has aged at least 4 years in quarter casks. The smaller barrel matures the bourbon slighly faster with more wood touching the juice. This bourbon has notes of corn, cinnamon, oak and coconut, with a dry finish.
